About the SmartScreen warning.
We signed the build recently, and reputation with SmartScreen builds up over time and downloads. If you get the blue box, choose More info and then Run anyway. That warning should fade as more people install it.
It is early, and it gets things wrong sometimes. Tell us when it does, by email at hello@cursorly.app or on a call.
What the installer does.
- Installs to Program Files. A normal Windows install, with an entry in Apps and features.
- Adds a tray icon. Cursorly runs in the tray. It does nothing until you press the shortcut.
- Registers one shortcut. Ctrl + Win + Alt + K. Change it in settings if it clashes with something.
- Keeps itself current. Updates download and apply quietly when you are not mid-task.
- Stores a little, locally. Task history and your sign-in token, encrypted under your Windows account. Screen content is never among it.

A connection
Planning runs on a cloud model, so it needs the internet. There is no offline mode.
Nothing else
No account required to try it. Sign in only if you want history and usage to follow you across machines, or to use your own API key.
Removing it.
Apps and features, uninstall, done. It takes its tray icon, its shortcut and its local store with it. If you had an account, delete it from the dashboard and the server-side history goes too.
We're new.
It gets things wrong sometimes. Tell us when it does.
